Didn't know you suffered from a sleep disorder. I too, am a sufferer. Besides a mild case of sleep apnea, I experience something called Restless Leg Syndrome. Ever hear of it? It sucks, and it is almost impossible to describe to someone.
Yes I've heard of that...although I don't think I've ever had it. Did you read my post from January about my sleep paralysis? It's the most terrifying and safe experience in the world. Like you're going to suffocate but you're not. In fact, there is nothing dangerous about sp at all...just feels like it.
I used to have insomnia, but luckily I haven't had a bout of it in years...*knock on wood*

I have my moments. Although, I went back and looked...didn't I call him a Schmoe? THAT was being nice? OK.
I won't discuss what I do in my sleep HERE. But it isn't pretty.
